Once orders have been shipped and/or delivered in good condition, AMARA FOOD B.V. does not restitute or accept any returns on orders made at amarafood.com due to the aspect of the products being food. If an order arrives damaged or not complete, the customer can contact us at bahar@amarafood.com and provide with images and description of the order.
